Refund Policy
※1、Non-refundable application fee and admission fee.
※2、 In case of having to drop out of school halfway, the tuition fee will be refunded according to the regulations of the school.
◇If a student drop out of in the middle one of the term, the remaining amount will be refunded from the tuition fee paid for the next semester.
(For April students, Term 1 is from April to the end of June, Term 2 is from July to the end of September, Term 3 is from October to the end of December, and Term 4 is from January to the end of March)
However, the refund will be refunded immediately upon meeting any of the following conditions.
・After confirming that the student has returned country and confirming that the alien card has been punched.
・After submitting a copy of the offer letter from the next receiving institution.
・After submitting a copy of the residence card after changing the status of residence.
