一、How to Enroll


Terms and Conditions

※ Those who have completed more than 12 years of formal education.
※ Those who have passed the JLPT N5 or its equivalent NAT Test, J Test, TOPJ, etc., or those who have studied Japanese for more than a certain period of time. (However, those who do not have a university degree must have passed the JLPT.

Admission Period
2-year course (April admission)
1.5 Year Course (October Admission)
※Until the class is full.

How to Apply

Applicants must first fill out the school's application form. Then, depending on the situation, you will receive an email with the necessary documents for application. The school will also help with the application process.

二、Documents Required for Application

List of application documents
・Application form (school's designated form)
・Resume (School's designated form)
・Statement of reasons for studying abroad (school's designated form)
・Reasons for Studying Abroad (form provided by the school) - Statement of Financial Support (form provided by the school)
・8 photos (within 3 months, 3 x 4 cm)
・Certificate of graduation (original)
・Transcript of the last school attended (original)
 (Students currently enrolled in a vocational school, university, or graduate school, etc.)
 (Students who graduated from vocational schools and universities are required to submit a certificate of academic background issued by Gakushin Network.)
・A certificate of Japanese language proficiency or a certificate of Japanese language learning history.
・A certificate of Japanese language proficiency or a certificate of Japanese language study
・A certificate of employment of the person who is paying the expenses
・A certificate of income for the last three years for the person paying the expenses.
・Certificate of tax payment for the last three years for the sponsor
・Certificate of the financial supporter's bank balance (RMB 200,000 or more)
・Statement of the sponsor's underwriting history for the last three years
・Notarized letter of kinship
・Copy of family register
・A list of the family members of the sponsor (to be provided by the school)
・Copy of passport (If you have been to Japan before, please copy the landing page)
・Name stamps of the applicant and sponsor 12 mm to 13 mm

三、Submit Your Application


 Please prepare the above documents by the school's deadline and mail them to the application address.
※For April students, the documents will be submitted to the Osaka Regional Immigration Bureau in early December.
※The school will submit the documents to the Osaka Regional Immigration Bureau in early December.

四、Visa Application


※A Certificate of Eligibility will be issued by the Osaka Regional Immigration Bureau in February of the year following the submission of the application documents.
※A Certificate of Eligibility will be issued by the Osaka Regional Immigration Bureau in August of the year in which you submit your application documents.

Documents required when applying for a visa
Letter of Admission, Certificate of Eligibility, College Student Survey, Application Form for Visa to Japan
Photographs, original passports, copies of family register, copies of academic credentials, and certificates of employment from financial supporters.
